Rectal Pain

Hi I need some advice I have been in pain for quite a while now, I have the following symptoms.

Lumps near anus
Pain in anus sometimes a deep feeling pain
Abdominal pain which can be generally in the lower but can be all through out.
Pain in back which is usually right in the middle of my back.
Burning at tip of penis

I have had STD screens via urinalysis and bloods all negative I thought it would be from this as I had sex prior to the pain starting. I've had the pain a while now and is starting to take its toll mentally, I though it might just go away but it has been persistent.

Does anyone have advice regarding this it would be greatly appreciated. Sometimes drinking a lot of water helps I have also been taking voltaren but sometimes the pain can be unbearable.

Hi Remar

Thanks for the reply, no the doc hasn't checked my gall bladder. I have been said to have heameroids can they be caused by something else or are they just thrumbosed veins. Sorry I'm a bit paranoid about this as they pain can get quite bad especially in the abdominal and anal area. Really messing with my head a bit sohabing a conclusion to this would be great have been to a few different gp's with no luck. Can you recommend anything thanks again

It sounds like you may have a couple of different things going on. Did your Dr check you for hemorrhoids? And did he check your gall bladder?
