Too much pressure with shower enema?

I used a shower enema about 5 days ago, and i think i used too much pressure.  Ive had a small amount of pain in my bowels since then similar to gas pains.  I've had several normal but smaller than usual bowel movements since then, but the pain doesn't seem to be going away.  The most pain is coming from the bottom right of my abdomen.
