Help! I NEED AN ANSWER

I am a 35 year old male. I have been having severe pain after eating for 10 years now. It has gotten to be constant nausea and pain now with flair ups that completely rule me. I have been hospitalized many times and have had a lot of tests multiple times. I have had my gull bladder removed without any relief. I have had 4 upper gi and lower gi endoscopy procedures. I have had cat scans of everything including my brain. I have had 24hr urine studies, small bowel follow through., gastric emptying, countless blood test, psych overvaluations. I am at the end of my rope. My quality of life is ruined. I cant work, socialize, and live in constant pain, and fear. I have no insurance now because i cant work, have been denied for medicaid and am paying out of pocket. If anyone has any suggestions please help. I cant live this way much longer!!!

I Have anxiety disorder. I am not sure which came first the  panic and anxiety or the abdominal issues. I do know that i am in such a state of fear and panic now all the time that it does make things worse. My blood pressure goes way up.I have noticed that when i breathe in it gets worse for a second. I also find myself holding my breathe and stretching. I stretch so hard and contort myself i end up pulling muscles. I do think though that a lot of this is just a reaction to pain. I Have 4 painful reconstruction surgeries after a bad accident and it didn't touch the kind of pain this brings. it consumes my whole body.I eat a low fat healthy diet and have tried various diets for allergies ect.. The pain is mostly above my belly button but widespread.

Mmoseman, are you having any other symptoms besides pain and nausea? I mean I know those two symptoms are more than enough misery, but I'm wondering if anything else is going on that you may not associate with GI issues, but might have a convoluted connection that you may not recognize? And where - specifically - is the pain?

Any change in bowel habits, however small? Any changes in mental/emotional state? Any rashes? Fatigue? Brain 'fog?' Any history of any GI issues or food intolerance problems that seem to run in the family?
