pancreatic pseudocyst and pregnant

I have a pseudocyst on my pancreas and im 12 week pregnant my pancreas is really badly necrotised and I now have diabetes and my bs are like 11 to 17 can any1 give me any info on what will happen as the docs don't seem to be telling me anything
