constant abdominal pain, now with lower back pain

AC3
I have had a pain in my right side for over 24 months while sitting, The only relieve I get it when I stand. It has gradually started to move to my back. I had hernia surgey about 18 months ago but this did not relieve the problem.
When I was younger I also had akilasia and had a hillers myotomy to fix my digestion problems. I have spoken with my internist and they think it skelitol, but I have had a battery of test with no clear answers. Does anyone have any ideas for me. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
