Carla, you GB is actually operating at a higher rate than normal, and that hyper-ejection can also cause pain. The other thing is that unfortunately, those with Crohn's often have more of a problem with their GB's than others.
It is still possible to have gallstones, so make sure you followup with an ultrasound of the GB.
Hi, I am sorry to hear this. I have had problems that sound a lot like yours and they started really bad around last April 08. I went through so many test and was giving up. They did a upper GI study and the radiologist asked me if I had Crohns and I told him not that I knew. He said that the stuff went through me so fast that he could not keep up with it and the test was done in like 15 minutes where it was suppose to take all day and taking pictures every 15 minutes. said I had a blockage though and rescheduled another one for two days. When he did the other one the blockage was done. They had me swallow a camera to take pics inside my intestines where they found 7 ulcers and desided that I had Crohns. I still have the pain all of the time and go to pain management. I do not have a gallbladder any longer they took it out 5 years ago. I am wondering if it is possible that me and you both have not a total blockage but something in there that is keeping things from going through. I am grasping at straws because I have not had any help but to have to exist in pain. Which is no life for anyone. But as for the gallbladder stones no test I feel is fool proof. I hope I helped some.
Thanks,
