Age Spot that has changed look

I have had a rather large (dime) size age spot on my face for the last 5 yrs or so and now it has changed.  It has gone from flush to raised and itchy sometimes.  I have used fade creams and other remedies to not avail, and have tried aloe and tea tree oil as well.  Do I need to see a specialist in Dermotology for this or is it ok to ignore.  I have no health insurance and do not want to spend money needlessly.  Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Totally agree with remar.  Anything changing like that should be assessed by a Dermatologist asap.  I would not be using any products on them except a mild soap and water to wash your face.  If you can get away with just plain water on the face I would recommend that.

I would see a Dermatologist if I were you. Anything like your spot that starts changing should be looked at. Take care. Remar
