Been feeling dizzy for a week

hi. i have been feeling dizzy for a week now. i am able to do all the daily chores alongwith being slightly dizzy. dizzines is like being on a boat feeling in head. i experienced the same dizzines back in february, when it lasted for a week. back then i thought it's just low blood sugar. but it came back again now. this time it started after i was feeling a lot of stress/pain in my neck and shoulders. i work 9 to 5 mostly sitting infront of computer. now i feel a bit less dizzy compared to when it started before easter. i am not on any medication at all. just take normal vitamins tabs daily. i am not sure what is causing this dizziness.

i would go and have your eyes tested i had the same problem two years ago but since i got my eyes tested and wear my glasses im alot better and if you dont want to wear glasses you could get contacts instead.

You sound like me, and when I am like that, I go to my chiropractor because my neck is out of alignment. After an adjustment I am OK again until I overdo it once more on the computer.

A good portion of dizziness problems comes from issues in the inner ear (vestibular mechanism). So, in addition to checking vision, I would also suggest seeing an ENT and/or Audiologist.
