Still growing?

I'm a 21 year old female who has been 5'3.5" since 12y/I. I have had my height last checked by a doctor about 8 months ago and it was the same as it has always been. In the last two months or so I have been having leg pain, specifically around the knees and ankles. I brushed the on and off pain aside because I had recently moved to a more rural area, making me have to drive 1.5hrs to get to the main town in my area and thought the pain was from long distance driving. But now I'm having other thoughts... last night my little brother, age 13, wanted to compare my height to his to see if he was taller than me yet so he got out the measuring tape and I ended up being 5'5". I double and triple checked myself to see if he was reading it wrong somehow, but he wasn't. Is it possible for me to have been growing in the last 8 months? I'm writing this as my legs are aching again, and while I'm welcoming the extra height, I would like to know if it is healthy or not if I am still growing and am wondering if I should see a doctor. I couldn't really find anything when I googled it so any information would be nice.
