Can I mix different forms of magnesium?

Can I mix different forms of magnesium? Or is it better to use only one?

I would suggest a good oral one and as an adjunct, consider doing transdermal Mg Oil, which is 35-50%
solution of Magnesium Chloride flakes and water,
daily for therapeutic purposes and then every other day for maintenance. Spray on entire body-except sensitive areas- leave on for 20-30 minutes and then jump in the shower to rinse!
best wishes,
Niko
