Swollem Lymph node/acne flare up

Hi, ive been having this issue with acne after i shave. Ive seen my family doc many times about this, and he keeps sending me home with physohex bacterial wash. which seems to help, only when it flares up. Ive attached a few photos this time because its really flared up. They almost seem to start as a pimple/whitehead, when i pop it, just like a regular pimple, all the white stuff comes out as usual, and they seem to be right on my lips, this time it is in the corner of my mouth, and was almost like a cold sore, which i do get regularly, expecially when stressed. There seems to always be an in-grown hair within these, and they are quite sore after they are popped. Once the pimple stage is gone, they remain swollen for days, and when u squeeze it, only a clear or slightly yellow liquid comes out, you can almsot see little white heads, which look like ingrown hairs maybe. somtimes even the ingrown hair root will come out. Ive asked my doc to send me to a dermatologist, but he said its a long wait, and he'll only tell me to make sure its washed properly and to use the physohex. I can go a few months without any issues, but when it flares up, they really flare up. Also, and im sure this in linked, but right under my chin on the on the right side, i think one of my lympnodes is swollen, im sure due to the flare up. Any thoughts/recommendations? I use physohex regularly, and really wash and scrub the area every morning, that is why it looks so red, i had just shaved, and washed with the physohex, and everytime i shave, it irritates it even more because it lasts usually for a few days. i wanted to catch it when it was at its worst.

Just don't pick or squeeze anymore.

If you continue to have flare-ups you should consult the Derm.

Take care.

Sounds like Pseudofolliculitis Barbae.

For starts: DON'T SQUEEZE, DON'T SCRUB THE SITE WHILE WASHING YOUR FACE, WASH YOUR FACE NO MORE THAN TWICE/DAY, SWITCH TO AN ELECTRIC RAZOR AND AVOID SHAVING EVERYDAY IF YOU CAN.

I would push for a referral to the Derm.

Any topical antibiotics ordered for this?
