dizzy feelinf with numbness

i am getting very dizzy light headed as though i am going to pass ou . i get numbness in feet and hands pain at front of my forehead and feel sick can you tell me what this sounds like

Hi,,my name is heather i am new. I have been to the doctor several times for the same thing i am about to be 19 teen nexted month i have been feeling the numbness and passing out thing since i was in the second grade i have been rushed to the hospital for it when i was little.So one night i go really bad sick at about midnight and so my boyfriend took me to an overnight clinic and they done what they ususal do and i walked out to the waitting room to give them my paper and i pasted out in the floor. they took me in the back and chcked my blood pressure and it was alittle high not to bad.
