What could be wrong?

Hi

I was wondering if anyone here had a thought about what could be wrong with me.
For the past 2 months I've been feeling lousy. At first I had almost constant headache for 2 weeks. During that time my blood pressure was usually around 145/100. My bp got að little lower but I still have borderline hypertension around 135/95. After those first 2 weeks the headache has been on and off but nothing severe. I've been feeling dizzy, light headed and a little "slow minded". I've also been feeling feverish without any fever. Right now I'm dripping with sweat but I'm very cold. My fingernails have been on and off bluish, sometimes related to cold but sometimes not. I've been extremely fatigue and I usually feel like I won't make it through the last 2-3 hours at work.

During these 2 months I've seen 2 doctors. A general physician that did some blood work and everything was normal except a little to high cholesterol. I've also been to a cardiologist that just thinks I'm to fat and out of shape and she told me to get some exercise and eat healthy. I've been eating healthy (+ a loss of appetite) and going out for a walks but I usually feel so tired after work that I almost cry from the thought of going out for a walk..

Oh and just so you know. I'm a female, 26 and I'm 15 pounds overweight (I've lost about 7 pounds in the last 4 weeks).

Any thoughts of what could be wrong? Should I talk to the cardiologist again? or go again til the gener physician?

Thanks :)

Thanks, I think I will see for another week or so if anything will change and if not I guess I should talk to the dr again :/

I would recommend seeking emergent care like now, and hopefully the hospital will admit you and further investigate what is wrong.  In my opinion, the problem sounds vascular and/or infectious in nature.
