DAUGHTER HAS BITES/RASH PLEASE HELP

Hi my 5 year old and I began staying at my parents house two days ago. My daughter first had a bug bite that appeared to be a mosquito bite on her ankle. Large, red, and inflamed. No white circle or anything. Now, she has little tiny red bumps that look like small pimples. It's not itching her but this developed as soon as we came here. My mom has three cats, two dogs (who look unhealthy), also she doesn't keep up with the house at all.. It's dirty. She hasn't been outside in the evening.. PLEASE does anyone have ideas as to what this may be??!?!?

She first had the large red bump (didn't have white circle in middle so I don't think its a mosquito) for the 1st day and now she's formed the tiny pimple like bumps

please help or direct me to a website for information THANK YOU!

Thank you so much for your response! She got the bites as soon as we dated over night. My parents have two shi zu dogs and both dogs look dirty and a lot of times the dogs have accident in the house, she put alas down for them. They are not trained what so ever. The floors are never washed. The three cats litter box are over filled and the floor is a mess! She has no screens on her windows so I can't open them.. Extremely stuffy. She's also a bit of a hoarder, I'm here because of circumstances. Do you think it could be som type of bug from unsanitary conditions?she feels itchy too, I do as well but no bites. I see no flees. Thank you again

It could definitely be a bug issue, there are several mites that animals carry inside. It could be bed bugs, they feed on blood, and I have found doing pest control that children seem to stand out to blood suckers. My daughter contracted a viral infection called Molluscum Contagiosum, which can be given from kids to kids easily from school, it goes away after a few years on its own, these few scenarios are pretty common things that I've seen. You can put down some glueboards to capture insects around where she sleeps at the homes and see if you don't catch anything, try and put them directly in the path they would have to crawl to get to her, I hope you find out.
