Dislocated Knee??

I just can't catch a break!

Monday night I was sleeping and I guess I went to readjust, I was rolling to my right side, when my right knee popped out of place, my hip to femur where normal position but my knee to my foot where angeled to the right. I lifted my lower leg and my knee slowly rolled back into place.

I usually have this issue with my hips and elbows popping out of place or locking up but that never hurts or immobilizes me like this did.

Now my hip to my toes are sore, I have tingles and numbness from hip to toes. Pain in my thigh, knee, ankle. Last night I had my leg elevated and my right foot was ice cold.

What should I do? What is the proper way to elevate your knee and lower leg, that wont cause your foot to get cold?

You should be seen by an Orthopedist to pop it back in! Place a pillow under your knee
