Does this sound like a stomach bug?

Hi all. I ask this question concéning my 4 1/2 year old son.

He woke up this morning like normal, ate a good breakfast.

Around 11:30 started feeling sick and vomited at school.

Picked him up aroud 25 minutes later where he proceedd to have afe strawberries and a cracker.

Ate dinner and a dessert of berries and grapes. Also had two cookies.

He just finished crackers and asked for more.

He has been tired, had a big nap today, but has said throughout the day his stomach feels absolutely fine. And no fever.

Does this sound like a stomach or could it be something else?

Thank you very much.

Doesn't really sound like a virus to me.  Those are usually frequent vomiting over a period of time like 24 or 48 hours.  I'm glad he doesn't have that.  My son, one in particular, will occasionally vomit.  Something just doesn't sit well that he has eaten is all we can figure.  Or he ate too much.  If he is doing fine now . . .   I'd think all is well.  good luck
