sudden bruising
I am 21 years old i noticed that i had a bruise on my hand and a big one about baseball shape on my wrist that just apeared out of nowhere. Its kinda making me nervouS because i know i didnt hit my hand or wrist on anything i atchully didnt notice the bruises till i looked in the mirror since they dont hurt at all. What could make these brusies just appear for no reason and in the middle of the day?
I may if it happens again this is the first time i seen a huge bruise like that just appear and not have a logical reason why it happened.
