Face/head pressure can some help me?

For nearly a year I've had a sort of pressure in my face mostly round about my nose area, if I lie down the pressure in my face builds up, it also does it when I bend over
I've had blood tests, thyroid test, a ct scan on my head and everything is clear,
I'm also a hypochondriac and I have really bad anxiety sometimes I imagine things but this isn't that and I have no idea what it is, I have to lie a certain way sort of with my head up when I'm going to sleep or I just feel pressure in my face and head again, can anybody help me with this?
Also I feel as though my doctor doesn't even listen anymore because I had anxiety before with certain things

Hello~This sounds like sinusitis to me. Your symptoms give every indication of this being the case. I suggest you see an ENT physician, he/she should be able to help. I am sorry that the doctors don't take you serious, some tend to be uncaring with it comes to anxiety.

I have already had a ct scan and seen a ent doctor who said I was ok? That's why I'm panicking a bit because I don't know what it is
