What is this strange feeling?

Lately I have had strange feelings. I could be sitting down or lying down when it occurs. It feels like when you get out of a pool and are all wet and the wind hits you. You feel like goosebumps all over. Well this is the best way to describe what I feel. I goes down my whole body. Sometimes it is only once other times it happens 2 or 3 times in a row.  This happens at least once or twice every day or every other day, and sometimes it goes for a few days without happening. My neurologist says it could be mini seizures or strokes. How can that be?

Hello~I doubt seriously if it is a type of stroke. It sounds like raw nerve endings to me. I know this will sound crazy, but, seriously, I would see a chiropractor, if nerve endings, etc, are the culprit they will be able to help you with a few adjustments. As to a seizure, well, usually the patient is not aware of what is happening and they lose sense of time, it sounds to me like you know exactly what is happening.

You might be lacking something in your body whether its fruit vegetables or even something weird like butter or milk...the same think happened to me when I was younger and I was lacking something that was in butter although your neurologist could be right and in that case it might have to do with your heart...make sure to go to the doctor and make sure that you have a healthy beating heart...one last thing if you don't take vitamins that will also help you to
