Fever and headaches that comes back at evening

Hi everyone,

I’m 26m, Asian, no existing health condition. Only take Zyrtec as needed.

I started feeling sick last Saturday with a low degree fever (101.2 peak in the ear) and headache and really liquidy diarrhea. My bowel movement is basically back to normal now and my fever is gone for the most of the time except it will flare up for the past few days around 7pm, back to 99.5ish until next morning, along with bad neck and head pain. I do have congestion and dry cough but that could also be my allergies recently.

I just had my annual physical done and everything is normal on my bloodwork (CBC, liver panel and kidney function)

What could I got? Is it a flu or something? Maybe I should just take it easy? Thanks for the help in advance!

There is something called inflammatory diarrhea. It's accompanied by fever. A doctor would have you first address your diet but then may also treat with antibiotics, nsaids, even antidepressants as a dip i metal health can be associated. So, how is it going now? is it better?

Hello, it could be a slight case of the flu, I would drink plenty of fluids, take vitamins D3 with vitamin K2, Vitamin C, Echinachea, Quercetin and extra zinc. If you continue to have these symptoms or they get worse, then it probably would be a good idea to see your GP. I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you so much! My fever is gone but my diarrhea is coming back. I’ve been having almost pretty liquidy stool since last Saturday. I hope it can get better soon.
