As I mentioned, not all food poisoning goes away on its own. Most is caused by a virus and it will go away. But some do not and you may need antibiotics if you are not better with a couple of days.

Yes you can eat if you feel like it and if it doesn't make you vomit or more sick. Try soft foods like a banana or soup and see how you feel.

You Don't - you need to let it work its way through you.....by vomiting and the runs. Just keep re hydrated with water or even apple juice....
eat a couple of salty cracks....and take Valoid for the nausea....or Imodium for the runs... You will feel better soon.

It depends on what kind. If you have a viral food poisoning it will resolve in a couple of days. This is the most common kind (norovirus).  Try to drink water and/or gatoraide. But if you can't drink water or it lasts longer you will have to go to the ER. You can get a culture done from your doctor for bactetrial food poisoning. Some things to watch out for are high fever, blood in the stool, watery diarrhea. Anything that lasts for more than a day or two. If it isn't viral you will need a antibiotic to clear it as it can be Staphylococcus, Bacillus, Salmonella or Shigella food poisoning.
