Hip pain how to read mri arthrogram? Help!

Can anyone translate these results?

1. Essentially circumferential partial thickness tear of the right
hip chondrolabral junction.
2. No high-grade chondral defect is identified.
3. Slight decrease offset of the anterior femoral head/neck junction.
4. Mild right gluteus minimus and hamstring origin tendinosis.

1.  Status post prior femoral osteoplasty. Chronic blunting of the
anterosuperior acetabulum may reflect prior acetabular osteoplasty.

2.  Small defect in the anterosuperior aspect of the hip joint
capsule measuring approximately 5 x 10 mm (TV by CC) and best seen on
series 9 image 18 and 19). This is not related to the contrast
injection.

3.  There is a full-thickness linear cleft at the chondral labral
junction of the anterior labrum at approximately 3:00 position
concerning for a tear.

4.  Partial-thickness and mildly irregular cleft at the chondral
labral junction of the posterior labrum from 9-7 o'clock position is
also concerning for tear.

5.  Marked diminutive or absent labrum from 11/12 to 1:30 o'clock
position may be related to the prior surgery.

6.  No high-grade chondral defect is identified.

7.  Mild edema of the quadratus femoris muscle within the
ischiofemoral space.

Hello~

I am not familiar with these, but just from looking it over, it doesn't seem to be too serious.  For peace of mind, however, I would talk to your GP or who ever prescribed this test, if they haven't contacted you already, then again, it is probably not too serious, but it is always nice to hear it from the doctor.
