It could be hypovolemic shock caused by dehydration. The signs of shock are classic in this case. Low body temperature, syncope, and what sounds like hypotension. You should see your doctor as soon as possible. If you feel like you're going to pass out, you become confused for no reason, or just start feeling weak and exhausted, call 911.
Dehydration causes a low body temperature.... get to a hospital please if you've been too warm and sweaty!!
I agree with the above post. But you need to state more of what's going on.. Those are signs of low Iron or hypothyroid or dehydration which could be caused by many episodes of diarrhea and vomiting or not eating well. or too much exercise.. Also, how's you health prior to this ?
did u get bloodtests done, as you may have iron deficiency, thyroid problems, maybe the heat? Better to be safe than sorry, as there is many possibilities. I feel like this constantly!
