What specialist should I go see?

For a few months I've had pain in my left shoulder that radiates down my arm and numbs my fingers. The pain is in the chest and shoulder blade, down to my elbow and my left hand is numb. Now it's worse then ever, I'm losing my motor skills, I can't flick my Bic lighter or pop the top on a soda can. What kind of doctor should I go see??? I do not have a primary care doctor.

I highly recommend seeing a chiropractor, it sounds like you have pinched nerves and these  are causing your issues. A few good treatments should get you back on the road to recovery.

I would definitely recommend you see an orthopedic doctor as they specializes in issues dealing with the  musculoskeletal system.
Good luck

Thanks, my hubby went to the orthopedic doctor and was told to go to the ER because it might be heart related. He's scheduled for an MRI
If he was seen in the ER for a "possible" heart related issue, they
would have ruled out any immanent danger from the tests they did and if they saw anything troubling, they would not have let him leave.  Please take some comfort in that. That they scheduled him for an MRI is the logical next step in diagnosing the root cause of his symptoms. The MRI will clearly show if there is a problem with his heart. He is being followed now and is in good hands.....I'm sure you will have answers soon.
I wish him the very best.
