I just feel sick all over
I have had a sore throat for a few days and has been felt along with a tight throat, chest, cough, and sharp body aches. I cannot even sleep because I am so sore. I have recently been around people who are sick, if that helps any.

I would get in to see your physician, it sounds like the flu virus to me, there is a lot of it going around and it is pretty nasty.
