Is it normal to see veins under your skin?

Not bulging out either... just being able to see the color.

and it it normal to see the veins under the skin on your chest?

It is normal, however, can vary from person to person - depending on their skin color, weight and how thin/thick their skin is.

do you smoke? are you skinny? how old are you? these all affect the veins visibility...

ya i think its normal too, especially if your that skinny... less fatty tissue...and men have larger veins
