Itchy bump in armpit
I am almost 19 weeks pregnant and this morning discovered an EXTREMELY itchy bump in my right armpit. The spot is not sore at all; it just itches like crazy. I have an appointment with my OB in less than a week, but wondered if I need to try and see my PCP before that.

I could be nothing more than an ingrown hair bump. The will itch as the hair continues to grow under the skin. They can also get rather large and annoying. I wouldn't worry about it for now. I doubt that it is related to your pregnancy. If it looks like it's getting infected (i.e swelling/pain, leaking fluid or puse), I would have it checked out.

I would have it assessed by your PCP especially if it is getting bigger, reddened, etc.
