Large, inflamed cyst on my breast, should I go to the ER?

Since Saturday, I have developed a large cyst that now goes from the side of my right breast to under my armpit (approx. 3 inches long.) It is bright red without touching it, firm to the touch, and warm. There is no head on it. The pain is spreading from the cyst all the way down my right side to my lower back, and occasionally I feel it in my chest. The pain is so unbearable I can’t even stand to brush my fingers against the cyst. I feel a throbbing, aching pain all day and it hurts to bad if I try to examine it that I could scream. I can’t even lay on the right side of my body. The pain brings me to tears and makes me nauseous and keeps me awake at night. I have no insurance and I’m not sure I have the money to go to the ER, what do I do?
