you have to have strict diet.no patatoes,no rice or pastas.You can eat only whole wheat bread, brown rice whole wheat pasta.eat lots of salad with no oil use leman or apple cider vinegar as a dressing.drink lots of water no salt no sugar.and walk at least 30 minutesa day.no fried food at all.if you can add one table spoon apple cider vinagar in your water every time you drink.Good luck.
I would say that your cholesterol is high, way to high.
Total cholesterol should be at 200 or below.
Triglycerides should be at 150 or below.
LDL 100 or below.
HDL looks good.
Your ratio is extremely high.
Did your Dr talk to you about a complete change in your diet? Doing that can bring some peoples numbers down pretty fast.
In my opinion, and I'm not a Dr, I would start on meds right away along with dietary changes. Exercise is also needed.
Also, I would ask my Dr to have more testing done, a stress test to start off with.
