What is happening to me?

Just today I was in P.E. And we had to run. After running a half mile I felt dizzy, lightheaded, sick to my stomach and a acid-like burning in my stomach. And it felt like there was a huge lump in my throat! After a few hours and drinking some water I feel better but there is still acid like burning but faint and there still feels like there's a huge lump in my throat. What is wrong with me?

Hello,

You could very well be dehydrated. People the do a lot of strenuous exercise need to drink more water than others, everyone should drink 8 8ounce glasses of water daily for maintenance and more when hot and exercising. Believe it or not, this can even cause the heartburn.
