Longer Than Normal Cycle?

I'm almost nineteen and I have a history of ovarian cysts. My cycle usually lasts two days, three at the most, and it's light. Even when I started birth control to regulate my horomones and to make the cysts smaller my cycle stayed normal (for me). I started this about three months ago, but have been on the same kind off and on for a year. (It gets spendy and sometimes I can't afford a refill)

Well, I lost my birth control for a day. I found it the next day and took two pills, like the directions said since I missed a day. Then, the day after I started. I've had the worst cramps which I usually only get when I'm off, (the cyst pains are worse in cycles when you're off BC, so I know pain), headaches, lack of hunger (I have to force myself to eat once a day, I'm not hungry AT all), and I'm on my nineth day of my cycle and still going. I called my doctor since I'm concerned and couldn't find anything online about my smyptoms... She hasn't called me back and seems like she brushed me off. Does anyone know what this could be? It's nothing I've ever experienced before. Please help!

But would the BC make that happen even if I've been taking the same kind for 3 months? I looked up my smyptoms and it said premenapause, but I know that can't be it because I'm way too young for that.

Also I've been having trouble sleeping at night, I just can't get comfortable and I've never had trouble sleeping before... And since I've had a lack of sleeping I'm exhausted all day long, but have trouble even trying to nap.
