Mascara, metallic eye shadow, lipsticks all usually contain metal, so, should one wear make up. By the way, not all of us are naturally pretty to the post from another person! If we have ms, it is bad enough so I looking our best May be all we have.

I would not wear make up, first off, some make up contains metals and the MRI cannot be performed when any kind of metal is involved.

I would rather be safe than sorry, MRI's are so expensive, and you want the best readings you can get.

Greetings.

Facial make up may be allowed if it does not have any metals involved in it, as MRI cannot be done with the metals.

The answer provided by spldagl24 is incorrect.

Some make-up contains iron oxides which register on the scanner.

To get the best results, no make-up should be worn.
