Major bloating, gas, and abdominal pain

I have been having major gas and bloating and abdominal pain for about the past 6-8 months.  I have a history of fibromylasia and have been diagnosed with IBS with constipation in the past.  This is totally different and my BM have actually been pretty regular.  This comes with after eating.  I bloat out with just about any food and have cut out different things and can not pin point any certain thing.  I look like I am about 6 months pregnant and am in much distress.  I am very irritable.  I find this almost more difficult to deal with than the fibro.  I have had an endoscopy and an abdominal ultrasound which have been normal.  I feel like this is going to something I am going to be told to live with like the fibro.  I was put on topamax about 6 months ago.  I am on 50 mg a day.  Is this something that could be causing all of this??

I would see a gastro if you are not already. Also, please add a good, acidophilus supplement to your diet along with a good digestive aid, you can find these at a local health food store, both should help the problems you are having. Oh, and you might want to ask for a food allergy test, food allergies can cause the problems you are having as well.

Are you working with a Gastro Dr? If not you may want to see one. You might want to be tested for food allergies too. I know you said you've cut out certain foods but you may be missing something. You may need to change your medication, up the dose or add another med to it. Only your Dr can tell you that though.   Remar
