Marijuana Withdrawal

These posts are from such a long time ago, but the human body in 2004 is the same in 2012 I suppose. I recently quit Marijuana (two weeks ago, with one cheat last week) after having been a daily and obsessive smoker for 4 years... I have been experiencing lower-right back/kidney pains... I don't know how it could possibly be related, but to find your post here sheds some light on my situation... I have also been experiencing vivid dreams... I love that symptom though... I was wondering Original Poster, did your Kidney pains eventually subside? Was there anything more serious involved?
