I would consult a physician to assess the eye and to give you recommendations just to be safe; an Ophthalmologist.
Was she prescribed the drops or did she accidentally use the drops? Confused.
Hello I read an article from a woman following retinal detachment surgery and her eye was still dilated after 2 weeks and finally returned to normal shortly thereafter. I really don't think there is anything that counteracts the atropine that the doctor can give her anyway.
The main thing is to protect the eye from strong light until the dilatation subsides because when the eye doesn't constrict in the light it can cause permanent injury if the eye isn't patched or dark sunglasses are not worn the damage can occur. Also try to get her to avoid a lot of reading etc. to prevent straining the unaffected eye. I Hope This Helps
wash he her eyes with cold running water if that doesnt work then yes go to the doctor and find out if they can give you eye drops in an antibiotic form
