ND Fx of 5th metatarsal/some point became DP. Fixable?
6 months ago I broke my left 5 th metatarsal at a joint area. My TY tibia and severed pigs.
After six months of continuous pain, swelling and 12 weeks unproductive physical therapy. I cannot put my foot into a shoe , walk fully stand on toes frozen or bend foot correctly. Dr said I will never be able to either. At some point the bone came out of alignment and healed incorrectly. It's inoperable. Plus there is no more cartledge and arthritis has set in.

I am in pain daily, waking me up and with every star. Cortisone did nothing but add to the pain. I'm a young woman looking forward to getting married and dancing with my husband! And thee dr says I'll never have use of this foot! How can this be?
