Naegleria fowleri

Should I worry about this in Canada?  Particular in tap water?  It's chlorinated and uv filtered so I guess not.  I don't swim in lakes or hot springs.

I just realized that this is your second time asking about this specific infection. If you are fixating on a disease that isn't present in your area and is extremely rare even further south of you, the real issue is likely a mental health problem.

It isn't transmitted by drinking water, and the chances of it being present in treated tap water is almost zero. It's not generally present in water that far north, either.

You shouldn't spend ANY time being concerned about such a rare disease, especially when you don't participate in any risk activities for that disease.
