Pain below the right rib cage

I am a 57 year old man and having acute pain below the right rib cage and at times face lower back pain as well. I have had no bowel movement for past 5 days. Doctors are not able to diagnose the pain as the reports come out normal. I am facing this issue for past 5 months. I am not able to stand straight and can experience weakness in my legs because of this problem. The pain increases after every meal. Earlier i had to force myself to eat meal. Please help me out

Thank you for replying so soon .

I've had various tests done including ultrasonogram, CT scan of the abdomen and X-ray but all seem to be showing normal activity . However, the CE/CT scan shows enlargement of the gall bladder and the liver along with a small bulky appearance in the head region of the pancreas( with mild peripancreatic fat stranding in the region) .
The doctors are just not able to point out the exact nature of the problem . I have taken treatment for Pancreatitis and Muscle spasms as well. They seem to relieve me of pain initially but it's all back after a certain while. Also in addition , i have been having irregular bowel movements with the most recent being no movement for 6 days.
I had suffered a slight injury to the back before all this began. Please help me .

Waiting for your reply.

What kind of testing have the Drs done? If it's just blood work they might be missing something. Have they checked your gallbladder to see if it's functioning properly?
