Plan B symptoms or something else ?

I took the Plan B pill 2 hours after unprotected sex , and i have been having nausea, headaches , and lower cramping. and now a week later today i have noticed that there is like a pinkish discharge on my underwear , im suppose to have my period until next week so im worried it could be implantation bleeding which could signal pregnanacy ? or are these symptoms normal ? i did a little research but couldnt get accurate answers since some poeple said the plan B hormones make your body think your pregnant ? so these symptoms might be normal ?  could i possibly be pregnant ? any comments help!  , thank you :)

Hello,
You could be having a reaction to the hormones in that pill, they are pretty strong as they are filling your body with hormones to prevent and unwanted pregnancy. If these symptoms continue, please see a gyn to determine the exact cause, if you are pregnant, you will need to get on a good program started so your baby will be born healthy.

Something to calm you down regarding a possible unplanned pregnancy is to rule pregnancy out by taking a home pregnancy test and then repeating it in two weeks if it turns out to be negative the first time round.  I'd also read the the side effects listing on the Plan B pill package, to see if what you're experiencing is common.
