Tongue ulcers

Ok this is my case...

My main problem is that I have something like tongue ulcers, white and dry tongue in the mornings. Like white lines most in the tip of my tongue, and they are worse in the mornings.

So I got a gastroscopy and was diagnosed with Pylori. They gave me Omez + amox + clarithromycin for 10 days...

So my "mouth problems" symptoms went away while I was taking clarithromycin for pylori but after I ended my treatment for they came back! Thats it.

I have had tongue cultures, and they are negative! Something like "normal tongue bacteria: High"

I´ve been having this problem for 10 months now... they get better or worse somedays and definitely they go away with clarithromycin, but I cannot take it forever.

Any opinion?

And its a lot like a geographic tongue... but geographic tongues don’t go away with antibiotics... I think I used wrong the word "ulcers"... Ive been to ETM doctors and they both said It was not trush or something worse... They said I had reflux and I had to see a Gastro.

Thank you for the answer

Nice theory... I get nervous with it and I tend to brush my tongue a lot but it might be possible. I´ll try something like mouth antiseptic or something to see how it goes...

Sometimes it is just a hygiene problem.  Although we brush our teeth, we often don't floss and don't brush the tongue or use an oral mouth wash.  Usually it is not necessary to use all the products but when you have been ill, then you need extra help to get back to the original state.  All the best.
