Really worried

For the past few months I have had a feeling of just "off" all together. I am tired all the time. Have become depressed. My body aches all the time. Recently (last week or so) I have been getting constipated and having gas as well. i get shaky alot. I can't eat, I can't sleep properly. I toss and turn to the point where i am in tears. I am also in a viscous mood all the time. My hair is getting thin too. I have lost weight probably from not eating right..but still... I keep getting annoying headaches... please help me...if anyone knows what this could all be...

Hypothyroid checklist.  You should see your doctor to rule this out.

Sounds like to me you need to have your thyroid checked. Problems with thyroid glands can cause all the symptoms you described, poor sleeping patterns, constipation, hair loss, mild to extreme fatigue and changes in appetite and mood. THe headaches are probably a secondary symptom due to lack of sleep and appetitie changes. Hope this helps. Good luck.
