Red spot on breast not going away

I'm 29 years old, about 5 months ago I noticed a red spot on my right breast, in the middle was like a white head, I pushed it out but it's came back in the exact same spot 3 times, in the 5 months the red spot has not gone away at all. It used to be flat, now there's a little bump to it. Is it something I should be concerned about?

Oh my, we all hate those, sorry.  From what you have given us, it does not sound like a great concern.  It probably started like a pimple and has continued to grow.  This happens from blocked skin pores not letting out body oil.   Often they grow into what is commonly called a risen.  Both start with bacteria and pus will form below the skin.  When you pinch it, often you will push bacteria deeper under the skin.  If it has a white head just release that.  Whether if does or not start a constant bathe.  There are acne soaps that will work in two or three washings but warm soap and water on a constant basis will eventually do the same.
