Have you had you thyroid tsh levels checked I have a lot of the same complaints and been through all the tests and I am hypothyroid.
I get dizzy like that but I have Meniere's Disease. In case you don't know, it's an inner ear disorder. It can cause vertigo and anxiety issues which I have both. Also are you eating enough?
Hello!
I get the lightheadedness and the weird feeling in the legs sometimes too. I have them as a result of a panic attack or something to do with my anxiety. (I've been housebound since April)
Stress could be causing it, along with the worrying about it. Worrying is not good. Whenever it happens to me, I turn every sound off, I close all the curtains, and lay down somewhere and breathe deeply. Don't worry who will see you or whatever, I learned that you need to stay calm when you feel that way (if this is a result of anxiety).
The deep massage could've also released something and now you could be feeling this way. Like I said, don't worry about it when it happens, just calm down.
The fatigue, I had the same thing, was because I was slowing down in the things I was doing. Like I stopped going to school, I stopped cleaning, I stopped doing everything, and no matter how long I slept the night before, I was capable of sleeping the entire day as well. I think that was because I was extremely depressed and stressed out, and that could be your cause too, stress.
My only advice until you make it to the doctors is, stay calm, take deep breaths when you feel you start to worry, and relax!
