What to do about a numb arm after a shot?

I was in the ER more than 2 months ago and was given a shot of morphine and a shot of an anti depressant both in the same arm. Shortly after my arm went numb in the spot where the shots were given and there's also a tender spot that hurts to touch next to the numb spot. I was thinking it would eventually go away. I've been rubbing it and trying compresses and no change. It's now been over two months and I don't know what to do it is really bothering me.

Hello~The person giving the shot could have hit a nerve, if that is the case, it takes awhile to heal. I would certainly call and ask however.
