Ok so for past few years like 2-3 i started out having this pain in my heart area like a dull ache,followed by an anxious feeling and whatnot.Also i have the feeling of my left side being bigger then my right and i can see like the front bottom of my ribs are sticking out a bit further then my right side.Also sometimes i get this feeling of anxiousness and my heart beats real fast and kinda have a heavy feeling in my chest,it happened to me actually just the other night and took me like 3 hours to fall asleep.I do have a doctor appointment set up in a few days but just wondering if anyone could tell me what this might be.I am not gasping for breath or coughing up blood or anything like that and i have no loss of appetite or anything.And i can see in the mirror like i said that my ribs stick out on the left side a bit more then right,but have no pain in my ribs or anything like that or sensitivity.And again this has been going on for a few years and has not got worse that i notice,it just scares the hell out of me cause i think i having a heart attack feeling but without the numbness or tingling.


Ok so went to the doc and they think i might have anxiety issues so they gave me a few pills of larazapam to take when i feel like i am going to have one of the atatcks.Well since i have and i took the pill and it seemed to help,but my question is why does my left side feel bigger in the muscle area? like i can actually feel its bigger and also have sensitivity in my left nipple as well.I am going to go back to the doctor and make them take a urine test,blood test and probably have them do a scan to see if they can see anything inside of me on my left side.I have had this for several years and it is just getting to the point where it is annoying me and i am sick of it.So if anyone reads this and can think of what it might be besides anxiety please post and tell me what you think,oh one other thing why does my urine smell like vitamins also? i have took vitamins but quit taking them 2 weeks ago and it still smells like a bottle of vitamins would if you were to stick your nose in the jar and smell.The color is usually light to medium yellow unless i been drinking alot of water that is.

I also have had some of these problems.  Anxiety and depression can cause all kinds of things to happen to our bodies.  I also have breast pain.  Dr. said it could be too much caffeine, hormones (menopause), and yes, anxiety.  You may also have something going on with your spine, so you should get xrays or even an mri.  If something is out of place, it can cause things to look differently.  As far as the urine, good luck, no idea what that could be unless it just takes a while to completely go through your body.  Not all drugs and vitamins exit your body in just a day or two.

oh also as well i get kinda a backache in my upper left side next to spine as well from time to time and it feels tight.
