Severe chest pain, itchiness, breathing problem

I’ll try to keep this brief. I am 31 years old male, I work out twice a week and watch my diet. I’ve been having this problem since when I was seventeen where my body starts heating up, I get really sweaty, shortness of breath, my entire body starts itching and worst of all upper right chest pain. All these symptoms occur within seconds of each other. The chest pain usually occurs on the right side of the chest then trickles down to the right side of my back and stomach. The pain is severe; sometimes I think I’m having a heart attack. I used to attribute these symptoms to MSG or processed food but sometimes they occurred without having consumed MSG or processed food. The severity of the chest pain lasted about 20-30 minutes but the remnant pain lasted well over twelve hrs and feels like a hurt burn. I’ve done some research and found out my symptoms may be related to costochondritis, angina, gallbladder problems or aortic dissection.  Has anyone experienced these symptoms and share their outcomes with me please?

Gallbladder pain will occur after consuming fatty meals. Never heard of it causing the heating feeling, but that may be a result of anxiety over the pain.Good luck.
