Shifted Xiphiod Process?

Today I noticed that my Xiphoid Process has shifted to the right of my sternum. I don't know what to think, I did not do anything to cause it aside from stretching but I can feel a slight tingling in the lower sternum

My mother is not on the same boat as me in most cases, I scheduled an appointment that shall take place tomorrow, so far it has been two days since I have noticed this problem and I have not really noticed any development of any symptoms.
I should be alright until tomorrow, I could just be paranoid being I have had anxiety issues most of my life but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
The reasoning behind my mother not backing me on this would probably be that she does not know much about the anatomy being she is not interested in such knowledges.
I guess I shall find out what I doctor says about it.
I thank you much for your time; have an excellent day =)

I would recommend getting imaging done.  i.e. CT

What have your parents said about this?
