Really confused from what I am suffering!!!

I am 23 yr old male.
Telling u guyz from the starting on 23 Nov i had left arm pain which I also had on my left side of chest, as my father had an angioplasty before 2 months so I took no chance and got to emergency of hospital where they had my ecg which was abnormal but after again taking it it was same then I had a blood test which was about heart which came out fine and then I had an eco test which was also fine ,on asking about ecg they said it is not abnormal and different people have different ecg so it is ok . I was discharged with some painkillers and gas medicine. I was perfect after 2 days and then again on 2 Dec after I went for a run and had some push ups and crunches , in the night I felt same pain but this time it spread to right side too and also on rib cages and neck too but less on chest .
So I had a tmt test which was normal ,then I had an cbc test in which everything was normal except a little high lymphocytes count ,when i asked doctor about it he said it is ok as a little cough could make it high and today I had an vitamin test in which vitaminb12 was 276 pg/ml and vitamin d oh was 38 mg/ml .

Today when I was driving I had an pinching pain in extreme tight side of chest which was gone after 5 mins . I am also taking physiotherapy after which I felt ok . And my eyes are also stressed all time except yesterday after physiotherapy I felt normal eyes.

Pls tell me what I am suffering from?

Hello~I would see a chiropractor, you more than likely have some pinched nerves causing a majority of your symptoms. Also, have your vitamin levels checked.

Your Vitamin D and B12 are too low.

Vitamin D needs to be at 50ng/mL

Vitamin B12 needs to be at least at 500, but closer to 1,000

You might need B12 injections.
