Hiv risk? Anxiety

Back in late april i had my wisdom tooth removed. So today is the 27 july. 6 weeks back i did something by licking used women pads. No blood. Just some stains or colorless but has an odour to it. 2-3 weeks later. I got ars symptoms with runny nose, phlegm etc... Everything except rashes and swollen lymphnodes but i could be wrong since i am not a doctor to tell if my nodes are swollen or rashes i thought might not be rashes but are ars rashes. so i can't tell. All of them cleared up in a week after taking antiobiotics prescribe by my doc.i took it on the 5th day.

1) question is, what are the chances of me getting it from such events. Supposedly my extraction site had no blood but has a hole. It takes 3 weeks to heal the whole and i during the period i didn't do anything. Or what if my gums bleed or i had mouth ulcers. Can i get it too?
2) how long does the virus stay on a pad and how long is it able to survive in the bin when i took it out. Most them are dried up or slightly moist but not super wet.
3) recently yesterday had like one red dot on my chest that appeared out of nowhere. could it be hiv rash?
4) statiscally what are my chances of me getting from this? Since i live in singapore and 93% hiv patient are male. I did those things with female things
Please help. I had blood test on monday. Results in 4-6 working day. I did lose some weight. My pants became loose. I look paler. But before that i am already losing weight. Until the dirrhea i lost more.
