Vaginal discharge with itching and burning

Hi, I have been having vaginal discharge associated with itching and burning for years now. I have had a million texts done and no std's, no yeast infections, no bladded infections.. Absolutely NOTHING! the doctors always say there is nothing wrong with me! and i clearly no theres is because this is not normal. I find that when ther is no discharge there I'm fine.. but whe discharge is present, then so is the burning and itching! I am having so many problems and for year with this situation! Is there anyone who feels this way too?
Please help !

Thank you
Ashley

Oh my!  Do we all have the same problem?  I have urine-irritated skin down there.  I use a medicated barrier cream which seems to help at least heal the skin.  I also have to use a vinegar douche like once a month to control that stupid itch!  Other times I found a cream that contains jojoba oil and beeswax that also helps with the irritation.  As for the discharge itself, it seems there is nothing that will stop it.  Yeah, it feels like I peed my panties.  So, the doctor tells me that mine is just old age. Thanks a lot.  I've had pap smears and all kinds of tests - all negative.  so, all I can say, is keep trying different creams until you find something that works for you.  And wear panties with an all cotton crotch so it absorbs the discharge - Some nylon panties have an all cotton crotch... they aren't pretty and they aren't thongs  - but hey buy some bikini panties and cut out the nylon part of the crotch and leave only the cotton.  Works for me.

I feel exactly the same, gone to doctors god knows how many times and each time they have done tests and told me Im fine and its normal. But it doesn't feel normal. It has only happened ever since my partner and I have started having regular intercourse but he wont use a condom- (I know what you're thinking he would if he cared, but he never listens) He isn't bothered about my discharge, but it bothers me because life before it was so much more comfortable, and I wouldn't want him to see every one of my knickers with white stains! I just wish there was a simple method to get rid of this but there doesn't seem to be. I have taken so many medications and nothing works. Sometimes the discharge has a tint of yellow/green and thats when I am pretty sure it isn't normal. Im pretty sure all of my doctor visits have been because of this and can't keep going back about the same thing after they tell me "its normal and it should go back to normal, and to always use a condom" I haven't had sex in months now but I still often wear small liners because of this. If I don't it can feel as bad as wetting yourself. Its been 2 years

So I got a phone call today that my blood work is back and I have polycystic ovaries... I am to fast after midnight on Monday and go in at 8:30 am to do a glucose, insulin resistance test.  I will have to be there for 3 hours getting blood redrawn every hour for three hours. At least they have wireless there...  I am not sure that the diagnosis makes sense since I do have and always have had regular periods.  I have no abnormal hair growth... it's just very odd to me.  The nurse on the phone couldn't really tell me much or how they got this from blood work.  I will go in on Tuesday and have the bloodwork done and ask questions then.

I have had the same thing going on for 6 months now... I have been to 2 GYN probably 10 times in the last 6 months and neither of them know... I have had tests done for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, herpes, hpv, Trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginosis, yeast (candida).  Everything comes back negative.  I have been treated for both yeast and bv even though my tests came back negative.  Both treatments helped temporarily.  I have had every cream you can possibly think of down there.  I finally quit using everything so I could see what is really going on.  It seems like the week before my cycle and during my cycle I am ok, but the rest of the month, I am a mess.  I will swell up at time, burn itch.  I way finally put on nerontin to help kill the nerve endings to help with the pain.  All it really does is help me sleep really well.  I notice that anything with a high PH, especially coffee and alcohol, irritate it.  My discharge doesn't smell or isn't off color, but seems to me thicker and clumpier than before and certain times of the month.  I am 32 years old and they say I have a slightly prolapsed uterus.  The discharge with in the vagina usually is reabsorbed, but since mine is down lower it's not... the doctor told me to wear a tampon around the clock and change it like 4 times a day.  It seems to help, but the tampon is irritating.  Not only do have the discharge, put the area around the vaginal opening, especially the perinium area is extremely sensitive to touch.  They are thinking vulvadynia, which is not an STD and they don't know why it comes on.  It can last a lifetime or leave as quickly as it came on.  I am at my wits end.  I just want to be normal again.
